SEDONA & ADVENTURE SESSIONS

Magazine-quality landscapes with you in the frame. We bring the lighting expertise; you bring the sense of adventure.

Tier 1: The Iconic Views | $550

Perfect for classic red rock scenery with easy access.

Locations: Bell Rock, Lover's Knoll, Secret Slick Rock, etc.

The Experience: A 90-minute creative session at Sedona's most famous landmarks.

Includes: All high-resolution digital images, location scouting, and outfit guidance. (Note: These locations are accessible by paved road and short walks. No off-roading required.)

Tier 2: The Off-Road Experience | $950

Our signature experience. We use our specialized vehicle to reach exclusive, hard-to-reach locations away from the crowds.

Select Your Adventure:

• Merry Go Round Rock: The ultimate cliffside sunset view. High elevation, dramatic scenery, and unmatched golden hour light.

• Soldier Pass (Seven Sacred Pools): The iconic desert pools and caves. We handle the necessary gate permits for vehicle entry.

The Value:

• Off-Road Logistics: We handle the technical vehicle access to these rugged locations. (Ride-along is available as a courtesy, or you may follow in your own 4x4 rental).

• Extended Session: 3-hour total experience (includes travel time + shooting time).

• The Epic Edit: Includes our signature fine-art landscape editing on hero shots.

The Ultimate Adventure: A private expedition to Sedona’s most exclusive overlooks (Merry Go Round Rock or Soldier Pass).

Includes:

• Location Access: We facilitate access to the summit using our off-road ready vehicle.

• Extended Coverage: 3–4 hours of total experience (travel + ceremony + portraits).

• Sunset & Blue Hour: We stay past sunset to capture the dramatic twilight views.

• Heirloom Edits: Specialized attention to landscape details in your final gallery.

SPECIALTY ART SESSIONS

The "Star Chaser" Nightscape Session

A fusion of fine art landscape photography and portraiture. Ed is a commercially selling landscape artist—this session blends your portrait with the majesty of the Arizona night sky.

Investment | $850

The Plan: We determine the best location (Sedona or Desert) based on the moon phase and Milky Way visibility. The Shoot: Includes a 1-hour "Blue Hour" session for romantic lighting, followed by the technical night sky session. The Art: Includes 2 signature "Composite" Star Portraits (hours of specialized editing) + a full gallery of the sunset/blue hour session.

 

Optional: Add a 24x36 Statement Metal Print for +$600.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Give the Gift of Adventure. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and never expire. They can be redeemed for any portrait session, elopement, or fine art print order. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or helping a couple upgrade their wedding album.

Important Session Details

Off-Road Travel & Safety For adventure sessions requiring 4x4 access (Merry Go Round Rock, Soldier Pass, etc.), any transportation provided is strictly as a courtesy to facilitate the creative session. Ed & Grace Photography is not a commercial transport service or common carrier. Clients are welcome to drive their own high-clearance 4x4 vehicle to the location if preferred. All travel is subject to weather and trail conditions.

Permits & Locations We operate in accordance with US Forest Service guidelines for commercial photography. Access to gated locations (like Soldier Pass) is subject to daily permit availability. If a specific location is inaccessible due to closures or weather, we will pivot to a comparable scenic location.

Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date on our calendar. Remaining balances are due prior to the session date.
